After years of hands-on recruiting experience and working alongside corporations that struggled to staff critical roles, we recognized a clear opportunity to solve a growing problem. Many organizations lacked the resources, technology, or time to effectively recruit, train, and support top-tier talent.

That’s why ECS Virtual Support  was created—to bridge the gap between skilled professionals and companies in need of dependable, high-quality support. We built our services around a simple mission: to deliver smarter business solutions through intelligent systems and exceptional people.

2018

ECS LAUNCHED

We built a world class customer service team and starting contracting with businesses so they could outsource their customer service needs. 

2021

GROUNDBREAKING 791% GROWTH

We reduced wait times and customer satisfaction scores at such a rapid rate, along with the great resignation which created a labor shortage, our growth expanded at an unprecedented rate. Our clients needed more support; we expanded into new industries and built a network of 15,000+ virtual agents.

REPOSITIONING

Our focus shifted towards preparing ourselves to expand into the enterprise level of virtual workforce recruitment and remote contact center solutions.
